We agreed now, saying, “Whatever amount you gave, 10 percent of that amount is for the organization.” Mr. Engineer writes 10 percent after signing the contract with the project somewhere, and the person somewhere will be considered N percent, which will be paid, and you sign it.
Mr. Motabarzadeh, our business and sales manager, handles all the work that comes in. That’s why I wanted you to have direct contact with the engineer. Now, about writing letters, he knows it’s logical for you to introduce and discuss the project because we don’t forget our conversation. You write a line: if this project turns into a contract, X percent, 5 percent, 10 percent, however many percent, we coordinate to lower the percentage to get the project. You write that much in the contract. Tomorrow, when we go to another project, we don’t agree on the price. You call me and say, “I quoted 5 billion for this project. The profit is not 10 percent; we can’t do it at this rate. Let’s lower it by 5 percent; you also don’t give 10 percent. Let’s see what to do.” For example, in this project, don’t give 9 percent; give 1 percent to collect the goods.

Mr. Vafaei says, “Consider 5 percent for Mr. Bagheri.” I revise the letter, saying 5 percent belongs to the representation because the previous 10 percent date makes it 5 percent.
Write a few lines in the first letter or agreement, stating that every project Mr. Babaei introduces into the organization will have a marketing and sales role. Define the title, write that it was agreed to consider between 1 to 10 percent for projects. If we see a project can’t be done with 10 percent, we lower it. If it can be done with 10 percent, write a general letter of agreement. I will write a draft letter and send it to you to edit and send back to me for discussion and necessary corrections. I want to say in this agreement what Mr. Babaei’s role is so if he wants to show it somewhere, he can say, “According to this agreement, we are representatives of the Ultra Company, and we handle their marketing and sales.”
